High Season: Mid-November to mid-May. Tourism is at its peak, the weather is ideal, and there is little to no humidity. All restaurants are open, the town is abuzz, and social events take place, including the free San Pancho Music Festival which is held the last Friday to Sunday in February. Sunday brunch polo games take place at the Tierra Tropical Polo Club, 'Mercado San Pancho' will be offered on Tuesdays, holiday festivals, parties & events will bring a lively atmosphere throughout San Pancho. Retreats, weddings, etc. typically choose these months due to the ideal weather. 

Low Season: Mid-June to mid-October. The days are sunny, hotter and humidity starts to kick in. Tropical storms can be experienced usually at night (they are wild, wicked and fun!). San Pancho slows down a bit. Some restaurants will close for one month during August or September, although, there are always plenty of restaurants open. 

Casa PAW San Pancho can be enjoyed year-round. We are located on the beach and have a spacious pool with a sunny & shaded side and lounge chairs. We get a beautiful breeze flowing through Casa PAW and our specific location does not experience harsh, direct afternoon sun, keeping Casa PAW very comfortable. Casa PAW has effective air conditioning as do most restaurants in town.
