Thoughtfully decorated with vintage Shabby Chic touches, the 600 sf studio condo features polished concrete floors and countertops, abundant natural light, A/C, a refreshing cross-breeze, and a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Comfortably sleeps 2 on the king bed and up to 3 guests in the shared room with the bonus queen bed.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood in a boutique condo complex with only 8 condos. We are an easy 5-7 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife on Tercer Mundo. Essentials that are only steps away include:

• Amaryya Café, Emilianos & Su Pancha Madre - a few favorite restaurants in San Pancho so close by!
• Grocery store
• Laundromat
• Golf cart rental
• ATM
• Hospital / urgent care / pharmacy

After a day of surfing or soaking up the local charm, head up to our rooftop Infinity edge pool. Enjoy panoramic jungle, mountain, and ocean views, plus an awesome vantage point for San Pancho’s spectacular sunsets.

Casita Corazones and Punta San Pancho condo complex is for adults only, no-one under the age of 15. Thank you for honoring the tranquil environment we cultivate.

Please note that guests will need to walk up a wide staircase with 12 steps to access our casita, and another 16 steps to the rooftop pool. We do not have an elevator. Casita Corazones is located in a stand alone building, with no shared walls, and just one condo above us.

For families with children or for those who may be mobility impaired, our beachfront condo Casa PAW welcomes you. We are ground level, with easy pool and beach access and Casa PAW does not require any stairs or an elevator! We are very well suited for families with young children.
