INTERIOR: Enjoy 2 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms with luxurious California king beds, a comfortable living space, full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy our stunning north-facing view of Playa San Pancho, and a short easy walk into town. Drift to sleep to the soothing sound of waves and wake up to peaceful sunrises. 

Immerse yourself in the master suite, featuring a California King-sized bed. The room includes a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, reading lights, closet space with 1 lockable drawer, room darkening shades, AC, ceiling fan, and access to the private balcony. The second bedroom also offers a California King-sized bed, a smart TV, reading lights, closet space, room darkening shade, AC, a ceiling fan and a gallery wall of original art.  

Both bathrooms offer glass-walled showers with an adjustable overhead shower and a convenient handheld shower. Large bath towels, a hair dryer, a lighted magnifying mirror, Q-tips, shampoo, body wash, a remote wall fan, and a first aid kit are provided.

Relax in our comfortable living room with the large chaise sofa, and our Scandinavian Poang chair and ottoman is perfectly placed to enjoy a movie night with Blu-ray player, Netflix and streaming channels. Casa PAW has a spacious feel, with white wood cabinetry and a bright ambience. The multi-slider door opens up to our private balcony providing a gorgeous view. Our balcony does not receive harsh afternoon sun, relax, enjoy. 

Casa PAW has reliable high-speed fiber-optic internet, 3 smart TVs, a Blu-ray player, CD player, Bluetooth speaker, and a large selection of Blu-ray movies and music CDs. There are family games, Jenga, chess, backgammon for your use.

Our fully-stocked kitchen features an oven, microwave, electric cooktop, dishwasher, waffle-maker, toaster, blender, a slow cooker, rice maker, Frigidaire countertop ice cube maker, refrigerator and freezer. You will also find a coffee mill, a 10-cup drip coffee maker, a Sur-La-Table electric kettle, a Nespresso Essenza Mini (bring your own pods), a washer & dryer, and a UV double-filtered water purification system on the kitchen faucet. Seating at the counter includes 3 stools, and a 4 person dining table on the covered balcony invites you to enjoy outdoor dining.

Casa PAW provides ultimate tailored comfort with 3 AC units, 3 ceiling fans, table fans, and retractable screens on all windows and doors. Our floor plan allows natural breeze to flow, eliminating the need for a/c, if you wish. 

For the beach, we provide Tommy Bahama reclining chairs & beach umbrella, towels, a Coleman cooler with ice packs, and sand mats. 2 yoga mats are available, on request. Also, a soccer ball and goal nets, as well as a corn-hole game for family fun.

Casa PAW is located above ground level and is a single story condominium that does not require stairs or the use of an elevator to access. Our prime location provides easy access to the pool, gym, beach & town. There is no need to use the elevator, a benefit for those with limited mobility, while also ensuring access during a power outage. 

Casa PAW has 2 adult beach cruiser bikes for complimentary use within San Pancho. San Pancho streets are made up of cobblestoned, paved and dirt roads; there is no designated bike path. There is a basketball court nearby, a soccer field, and we provide balls. 

Parents may request our Pack 'n Play, baby bassinet, baby bathtub, highchair & napping cots for the beach. We also can prepare a twin size air mattress, in case the kiddos want space from each other! For the pool we have swim safety vests, noodles & floats, and provide a complimentary swim diaper. Swim diapers are required by our HOA if your child is not fully potty trained. You also have exclusive use of our 'Casa PAW VIP' all-terrain beach wagon, perfect for towing kids on the beach or in town. 

*The pool and Jacuzzi do NOT have safety fencing. Children must be accompanied at all times when in the pool area. 

CASA PAW ART: You will find unique & original paintings inside Casa PAW. These are all original art discovered in thrift shops in California. We offer a unique gallery wall with art for sale. If you see a piece you love, simply remove it from the wall, check the price, use the QR code provided for payment and take it with you! The art supports Wet Noses Rescue, an animal shelter in Punta de Mita. This is one way that Casa PAW gives back to the local community. 

CASA PAW RULES: There is a 4 person maximum guest count for Casa PAW. A 5th guest may be accommodated, under the age of 8 years. Guests and outside visitors are not allowed. Guest names will need to be provided to me after a reservation is booked.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside Casa PAW.

I kindly ask that children not use markers, paint, or glue. 

If your child is not FULLY potty-trained, please have them wear a diaper while sleeping.

Turn off the a/c when you leave for the day or if windows are open. The efficient units will quickly cool on your return.

Animals or pets are not allowed inside Casa PAW.

Please rinse sand with the outside shower, before entering Casa PAW. This helps protect our plumbing.

Please do not sit on the sofa or mattresses while in a wet bathing suit or clothing. This helps to keep our furnishings in tip top condition.

HOA RULES: Wristbands will be provided to you and must be worn during your stay. This helps our security personnel identify authorized guests. 

Only those listed on the reservation are permitted in Casa PAW. The maximum amount of guests is 4, per HOA rule. A 5th guest, aged 8 or younger can be accommodated and must be listed on the reservation. 

Glass bottles or cups are not permitted at the pool or gym. Food and drinks should be kept at your pool chair. Refrain from reserving loungers with personal items as security personnel will remove unattended items after one hour of non-use.

Large inflatables, rafts and boogie boards are not allowed in the pool. I can provide noodle floats. No diving, running or excessive horseplay. This is a shared pool. 

Smoking of any kind is not allowed at the pool, gym, or lobby. Use of the gym is for age 15 and older. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult while at the pool and gym. 

Toddlers who are not FULLY potty trained must wear a swim diaper & cover in the pool.

Pool rules are monitored by security staff. Repeat violations of HOA rules may result in fines to be deducted from your security deposit. Check posted hours, usually it is 9am - 10pm.

No animals or pets allowed. You may see a few dogs that belong to condo owners.

Enjoy a complimentary 1 pm late checkout. Casa PAW does not do same day turnovers, therefore, we can offer a late checkout.
