BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: Immerse yourself in the tranquil master suite, featuring a luxurious California King-sized bed. The room includes a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, reading lights, ample closet space, room darkening shades, ac, ceiling fan, dual-paned windows, and access to the private balcony. The second bedroom also offers a roomy California King-sized bed, a smart TV for in-bed viewing, reading lights, dresser space, room darkening shade, dual-paned window, ac, ceiling fan and a gallery wall of unique, original art. The 2nd bathroom is located just outside the 2nd bedroom. A queen air mattress is available, on request. Both bathrooms are thoughtfully customized, offering glass-walled showers with an adjustable overhead shower, as well as a convenient handheld shower. In both, you’ll find large bath towels, a hair dryer, a lighted magnifying mirror, Q-tips, shampoo, body wash, a remote fan above the mirror, a first aid kit, and original art decor.

MAIN LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN: Relax in our cozy and inviting living room, complete with a spacious fabric sofa and chaise. A Scandinavian 'Poang' chair with an ottoman is perfectly placed to relax and enjoy a movie night on the smart TV with Blu-ray player, Netflix, etc. Casa PAW has a spacious feel, with white interior wood cabinetry and indirect sunlight that streams through, filling the space with a bright and airy ambience. The multi-slider door opens up to our private balcony with north-facing views of Playa San Pancho, providing a gorgeous backdrop for indoor relaxing. The balcony remains protected from harsh afternoon sun, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The balcony door is dual-paned, providing a quiet space inside, and also has room darkening shades. Cooking is easy in the kitchen, which features an oven, microwave, electric cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, blender, a slow cooker, rice maker, Frigidaire ice cube maker, refrigerator and freezer. You will also find a coffee mill, a 10-cup drip coffee maker, a Sur-La-Table electric kettle, and a UV double-filtered water purification system on the kitchen faucet, for your convenience. Seating at the kitchen counter includes 3 stools, and is perfect for quick meals or catching up on emails. A 4 person dining table on the covered balcony invites you to enjoy outdoor dining.

CASA PAW AMENITIES: Included with your booking is a complimentary, convenient, and comfortable PVR airport transfer to Casa PAW. Details upon booking. Casa PAW has an in-unit washer and dryer, convenient for small loads and detergent is provided. Enjoy reliable high-speed fiber-optic internet, with WiFi extenders placed throughout the condo for maximum coverage. 3 smart TVs, a Blu-ray player, CD player, Bluetooth speaker, and a large selection of Blu-ray movies and music CDs. Casa PAW is designed for ultimate comfort throughout seasons. There are 3 remote controlled ac units, 3 ceiling fans, 2 table fans, and retractable screens on all windows and doors. Our floor plan is ideal in that it allows natural breeze to flow, allowing you a choice to use a/c, or not. Beach gear essentials, inc. 4 Tommy Bahama backpack reclining beach chairs, a beach umbrella, large lightweight sand-free beach towels, a Coleman hard cooler with ice packs, and sand mats. 2 yoga mats are available, on request. Families with young children can request a Pack 'n Play, bedside bassinet, baby bathtub, child swim safety vests, toddler pool floats, a highchair, basket of toys, napping cots for the beach, plus 1 complimentary diaper and diaper cover for the pool, at no charge. You also have exclusive use of our 'Casa PAW VIP' all-terrain pull wagon, perfect for towing kids on the beach or in town. You will find several family games inc. chess, backgammon, Jenga, a puzzle, card games. Casa PAW is above ground level for privacy and is single story. There are no stairs or use of an elevator required. A convenient 12 PM checkout time. *I will accommodate a late check-out of 2 PM if the schedule allows for it. CASA PAW RULES:

Guests: Only those listed on the reservation are permitted in Casa PAW. The maximum amount of guests in Casa PAW is 4. A 5th guest, aged 8 or younger can be accommodated.

Wristbands will be issued by our security personnel to authorized guests.

Smoking and Candles: Smoking of any kind, candles and incense are not allowed inside Casa PAW.

Children: I kindly ask that children not use markers, paint, or glue inside Casa PAW. 

Diapers: If your child is not fully potty-trained, please have them wear a diaper while sleeping.

Air Conditioning: Turn off the a/c when you leave for the day or if windows are open. The efficient units will quickly cool on return.

No Pets/Animals: Animals are not allowed inside Casa PAW or on property grounds.

Sand: Please rinse sand with the outside shower, before entering Casa PAW. This helps protect our plumbing.

Wet Clothing: please do not sit on the sofa or mattresses while in a wet bathing suit. This helps to keep the furnishings in tip top condition.

HOA RULES: Wristbands will be provided to you and must be worn during your stay. This helps our security guards identify authorized guests. Glass bottles or cups are not permitted at the pool or gym. Food and drinks should be kept at your pool chair. Refrain from reserving loungers with personal items for more than one hour. Large inflatables are not allowed (I can provide noodle floats.) No diving or excessive horseplay. Smoking is not allowed at the pool, gym, or lobby. Use of the gym is for age 15 and older. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult while at or in the pool and gym. Toddlers who are not fully potty trained must wear a swim diaper. Pool rules are monitored by security staff. Repeat violations of HOA rules may result in fines to be paid by the guest. Please check posted signage at the pool and gym. No animals or pets allowed on complex grounds. You may see a few dogs on a leash that are pets of condo owners.

A booking at Casa PAW includes a complimentary transfer from PVR airport to Casa PAW in San Pancho. San Pancho is easily walkable and Casa PAW is located close to restaurants and shops. Golf cart and bikes are available to rent, and there is a taxi stand in town. Renting a car is not necessary if you plan to spend most of your time in San Pancho.
