Casa PAW is located in San Pancho, a walkable beach town on the Riviera Nayarit Coastline along Mexico’s Pacific coast. This area is known for its lush, green jungle landscape, maintained by seasonal rainfall. San Pancho has a relaxed, bohemian, and earthy vibe, with a community that is eco-conscious and welcoming to all genders and lifestyles. The town is 27 miles north of Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR), just 25 minutes from Punta Mita, 6 minutes north of Sayulita, and 30 minutes south of Mandarina and Guayabitos. Ideal and prime beach weather is from November to June, and this is considered 'high' season. July to October will be hotter and humid, with August & September typically seeing heavy thunderstorms, which usually occur at night (it's fun, lightning bolts and thunder that rocks the beach - amazing!). San Pancho is a year round tourist destination, but there is a 'high' season, and a 'low' season, and rates will reflect that. Some restaurants will shut for one month from August to October. However, there will always be restaurants open and all services available year round.
