Casa PAW is located in San Pancho, a walkable beach town on the Riviera Nayarit Coastline along Mexico’s Pacific coast. Nayarit is known for its lush, green jungle landscape, maintained by seasonal rainfall. San Pancho has a relaxed, bohemian, and earthy lifestyle, with a community that is eco-conscious and welcoming to all genders and lifestyles. San Pancho is 27 miles north of Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR), 25 minutes from Punta Mita, 6 minutes north of Sayulita, and 30 minutes south of Mandarina and Guayabitos.

San Pancho is sunny year round. November to May is considered 'high' season showcasing beautiful and ideal beach weather with little to no humidity. June through October will be hotter with humidity with possible night thunderstorms, which are exciting and intense!
